Gips Restaurant Toowoomba

Located in one of Toowoomba’s most historical buildings, Clifford House, in what used to be the grand old home’s billiard room, Gips Restaurant is a favourite amongst repeat visitors and locals.

Owners Jon & Julanne McCorley have preserved a slice of the city’s past by naming the restaurant after the much-loved pet dog of the historical owner, James Taylor.

The James Taylor Room in Clifford House is now open for functions, conferences and weddings – a perfect venue for absolutely anything.

Open 6 days a week Monday – Saturday, experience it for yourself over a relaxing lunch, tasty afternoon tea or delicious dinner.

Monday to Friday from 9.00am Lunch, dinner, coffee and cocktails anytime.

Saturday from 11.30am Lunch, afternoon tea and dinner.
