PAYMENT POLICY

Off Peak and Shoulder Periods – Minimum Nights stay may apply

A deposit of one night’s tariff is payable at time of booking. The balance is payable on arrival.

Peak Periods – Minimum Nights stay may apply.

A deposit of one night’s tariff is payable at time of booking. The balance is payable 4 weeks prior to arrival.

Easter: A deposit of one night’s tariff is payable at time of booking. The balance is payable by 1st March.

Christmas: A deposit of one night’s tariff is payable at time of booking. The balance is payable by 1st November.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Off Peak and Shoulder Periods

Cancellations – up to 14 days prior – all bookings cancelled will incur a $30.00 administration fee.

Peak Periods, Easter & Christmas

Cancellations - up to 4 weeks prior – all bookings cancelled will incur a $30.00 administration fee.

If Outside Cancellation Policy - All monies being forfeited

Covid 19 – Cancellations

 To support you during the COVID-19 situation, we’ve implemented a flexible booking policy for current and future bookings. This policy makes it easier to change your booking dates up to 72 hours prior to arrival should an issue arise as a direct result of COVID-19. Guests will have the option to change the date of their booking or accept a credit which is valid for up to 12 months should any of the criteria, listed below, impact your planned stay:

  • You or an immediate family member tests positive to COVID-19
  • You are forced into self-isolation
  • You are awaiting the results of a COVID-19 test
  • A state or government directive is issued and means you are no longer able to travel to or from your destination

To request either a change to booking dates or to receive a credit for a future booking in relation to the COVID-19 Flexible Cancellation Policy, the guest will need to contact the park directly up to 72 hours prior to arrival.  To utilise this policy a guest must where requested, provide proof to the park of COVID-19 impact as listed above. Any cancellation which is deemed not applicable to the Flexible cancellation Policy will need to comply with park's usual terms and conditions.

 

BOOKINGS MADE VIA THIRD PARTY SITES

All Bookings booked through Third Party Sites (e.g. Booking.com) have their own payment and cancellation policy. 

Please refer to their policy as this may differ from the park policy.

To cancel or change a booking, make direct contact with the applicable third-party site.

 

REFUND CONDITIONS: Providing the necessary notice has been given and you are able to receive a refund, the remaining deposit will be refunded by the same method in which they were originally paid. All refunds will be processed within 7 days.

 

TRAVEL INSURANCE AND WEATHER EVENTS

It is highly advised to look at travel insurance for cover due to unforeseen circumstances including weather events/conditions, event cancellations, medical expenses, health pandemics and loss or damage to personal baggage. Within the cancellation period of your booking, a refund will not be made to weather conditions/events.
