PAYMENT POLICY
Off Peak and Shoulder Periods – Minimum Nights stay may apply
A deposit of one night’s tariff is payable at time of booking. The balance is payable on arrival.
Peak Periods – Minimum Nights stay may apply.
A deposit of one night’s tariff is payable at time of booking. The balance is payable 4 weeks prior to arrival.
Easter: A deposit of one night’s tariff is payable at time of booking. The balance is payable by 1st March.
Christmas: A deposit of one night’s tariff is payable at time of booking. The balance is payable by 1st November.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Year Round (excluding peak seasons)
If cancellations happen within the 14 days of arrival date then your deposit is forfeited.
If cancellations happen before the 14 days of arrival date a $30 administration fee will apply. Written confirmation by email for cancellations required. All refunded monies will be paid by direct deposit or credited to card that booking was made with.
Peak Season
If cancellations happen within the 28 days of arrival date then your deposit is forfeited.
If cancellations happen before the 28 days of arrival date a $30 administration fee will apply. Written confirmation by email for cancellations required. All refunded monies will be paid by direct deposit or credited to card that booking was made with.
BOOKING INFORMATION
A deposit (minimum 1st night in full) is required to secure each reservation at time of booking. Reservations will not be guaranteed without a deposit.
Balance is to be paid:
- 14 days prior to arrival
- PEAK Season balance is due 28 days prior to arrival.
Minimum stayed nights applies for special events and peak times.
BOOKINGS MADE VIA THIRD PARTY SITES
All Bookings booked through Third Party Sites (e.g. Booking.com) have their own payment and cancellation policy.
Please refer to their policy as this may differ from the park policy.
To cancel or change a booking, make direct contact with the applicable third-party site.
REFUND CONDITIONS: Providing the necessary notice has been given and you are able to receive a refund, the remaining deposit will be refunded by the same method in which they were originally paid. All refunds will be processed within 7 days.
REFUNDS ARE NOT GIVEN ON PREMATURE CHECKOUTS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES AT ANY TIME.
TRAVEL INSURANCE AND WEATHER EVENTS
It is highly advised to look at travel insurance for cover due to unforeseen circumstances including weather events/conditions, event cancellations, medical expenses, health pandemics and loss or damage to personal baggage. Within the cancellation period of your booking, a refund will not be made to weather conditions/events.
